The client notebook is an iframe, not an attachment

The engagement ends with a notebook. Normally you export it to HTML, lose the interactivity, and email a 14MB file the client opens once.

Instead, you put the notebook in their portal. The iframe source is your hoody-code URL with ?folder=/analysis&id=0&extension=ms-toolsai.jupyter. Extension-only mode hides the file explorer and leaves the notebook interface. The kernel runs in your container, against the data you cleaned, with the environment you pinned.

The client re-runs the churn cell with a different cutoff date. The plot redraws. Their CFO opens the same URL on an iPad during the board meeting and changes the quarter.

You didn't build a dashboard. You didn't deploy Voilà. You sent a URL to the computer the work was done on.

The deliverable stops being a rendering of the analysis and starts being the analysis.
