A workspace template per client, replicated forty times

The agency runs forty clients in parallel. Each client has its own container: its own codebase, its own staging URL, its own database. The agency's discipline is that every client's environment looks the same internally: a code panel for the repo, a terminal in the project root, a browser panel for staging, a file manager for the assets folder.

They build the workspace layout once on a template container. Then they snapshot-clone the template forty times: once per client: and each clone gets the layout pre-populated, pointed at that client's container.

When a designer joins the team and gets assigned client #17, she gets the URL for client #17's workspace. She doesn't have to learn forty environments: she opens one URL and the layout is already familiar.

Forty client engagements, forty workspaces, one bare metal box.
