Every signup, on every founder's wrist

Two co-founders. One product. Both want to know the moment someone signs up.

The signup endpoint, on the way to returning 200, fires one curl to hoody-notifications: summary: "New signup: priya@firm.io", body: "Pro trial, from organic", category: "signups". That's it. No fanout code, no Slack integration, no email forwarder.

You both keep a hoody-display tab open: it's a URL, and the URL is the same for both of you. With web_notifications=true, both browsers ask the OS to surface the notification. Both phones banner. Both watches buzz. The URL is the share button.

The reversal: real-time team alerting used to mean a Slack workspace, an integration token, a channel, an "is anyone seeing this?" thread. Now it means a URL you both bookmarked.

Share the URL, share the heartbeat.
