Terminal

Send the advisor the session, not a Loom

Your technical advisor asked how the Postgres migration went. The honest answer is forty minutes of terminal output, and you're not recording a Loom narrating it.

You open the terminal history URL with ?format=html and send him that. Every command, every line of output, timestamps included, rendered as a page he reads on his phone between meetings. He spots the VACUUM you skipped at minute 31 and replies with one sentence.

Nobody scheduled a call. Nobody edited a video. The record he reviewed is the same record the session left behind, which means he's reviewing what happened rather than what you remember happening.

The update isn't a recording of the work. It's the work's own transcript.
