The AI dev setup onboards by URL

Getting a new dev productive with AI tooling is its own onboarding track now: the editor, the rules files, the MCP config, the model defaults, the folklore about which prompts work on this codebase.

On Hoody that whole layer is machine state. The agent's settings, its skills, the codebase, the running services: all of it lives in the container. Onboarding is cloning the snapshot and sending a URL. The new dev opens an editor that already knows the project's conventions, attached to an agent configured exactly like the team's.

Per-laptop AI setup made every machine a snowflake. A snapshot made the setup an artifact you copy.

The setup guide became a snapshot.
