On-call escalation that ages out with the shift

You're on-call from Monday 9am to Friday 9am. During those four days you want a cron job that pings hoody-notifications every 30 minutes if the error queue is non-empty: to your phone, not the team channel.

Friday morning at 9am the next person takes over. Their pings shouldn't go to your phone anymore.

You create the managed entry on Monday with expires_at set to Friday 09:00. The job runs all week. At 09:01 Friday it removes itself. The next person creates their own entry with their own expiry. There's no shared scheduler config to edit, no calendar reminder, no "wait, am I still getting these?" Slack message at 11am Friday.

When the shift ends, so does the cron entry: automatically.
