Day humans, night agents, one queue

Your team's todo inbox holds forty open items. Humans claim the ones they want during the day; claims are leases, so two people can't grab the same one.

At 7pm a cron entry lists /api/v1/agent/todos with open_only: true and looks at what nobody claimed. For every unclaimed item tagged agent-ok, it POSTs /api/v1/agent/todos/{id}/run. Each run dispatches a background worker session that works the todo, posts its progress on the timeline, and lands it in review when done.

At 8am the humans come back. Twelve todos are in review with diffs attached. The four they claimed yesterday are untouched, lease intact. One the agent couldn't finish carries a comment explaining the blocker.

The same inbox, the same claim rule, two shifts. The queue doesn't care whether the claimant has a pulse.
