The editor has a PWA manifest, so it sits on the home screen

hoody-code serves GET /api/v1/code/manifest.json. Open your repo's editor URL on a phone, and the browser offers Add to Home Screen the way it does for any site with a manifest. Tap it. Now there's an icon between Messages and Maps that opens VS Code, on your container, with the last folder already loaded.

The icon is a URL; the instance behind it keeps its own extensions and settings under its own id, and a second request reuses the running process instead of spawning another.

The PR review you started at the desk continues from the icon at the bus stop. Nothing was synced, because the editor was on the server the whole time and the phone added a shortcut to it.

Installing the IDE on a new device is one tap, and it installs nothing.
