Replace the E2B bill with the bare metal you already rent

Your agent product spawns sandboxes for every user session. On E2B that's per-second metered: call it a few cents per session, multiplied by 50,000 sessions a month, suddenly the AI infra line on your P&L is bigger than the LLM line.

Hoody collapses the meter. You rent one bare metal server flat-rate. Each agent session runs in its own container on that server: real Linux, isolated filesystem, its own URL. Idle sessions cost nothing. Active sessions share the metal you already paid for. The 50,000th session of the month costs the same as the first: zero marginal.

The agent code barely changes. POST a JSON, get a sandbox URL, call exec on it, destroy when done.

Your agents stop renting compute by the second and start using compute that's already paid for.
