A heartbeat for the silent jobs

The nightly export should run at 2am. Most nights you don't think about it. The night it doesn't run, you also don't think about it: until Monday, when the customer asks where their report went.

You add a second cron entry that fires at 2:15am. It checks for a fresh row in the export log; if missing, it pings hoody-notifications to your phone. If present, it does nothing.

You stop watching the success path. You watch the absence of success. The job is silent when it works, loud when it doesn't, and the loudness reaches you on a beach in Bali.
