Terminal

Drop a file into a terminal you're not sitting at

Your teammate is mid-session in a shared terminal and needs the patch file you just wrote. The usual path: attach it to chat, they download it, they move it to the right place, the moment passes.

Hoody's terminal accepts drops over HTTP. You POST the file to /api/v1/terminal/drop: the server stages the bytes, seals a manifest, and injects one OSC 8472 frame into the session, and the program running in their terminal sees a native file drop, as if you'd dragged it onto their window. A large file goes in three steps: begin, upload slices, commit: and appears only at commit.

No scp keys, no attachment, no "check Slack and wget it."

The file lands in their terminal, not in their downloads.
