MITM the MITM: interception stacks to any depth

A hoody-exec script is an HTTP endpoint. Which means a hoody-exec script can sit in front of another hoody-exec script.

So the stack composes. Layer one fronts the AI gateway and logs every request. Layer two fronts layer one and adds the response cache. Layer three fronts layer two and scans for injection. Each layer is a file that does one thing, addressable at its own URL, insertable and removable by changing one upstream reference. Want the cache below the scanner instead of above it? Repoint two URLs.

There's no plugin API here, no middleware framework with a registration order. There's HTTP, and the property that interceptors are themselves interceptable, to any depth.

Every layer is a URL, and every URL can take a layer.
