The night shift drafts the plan; the morning shift approves it

Customer requests land in the agent's todo inbox all day. Nobody reads them until the inbox has forty.

At 2am a cron entry POSTs /api/v1/agent/todos/triage. An LLM pass walks the inbox, dedupes the fingerprints, and for each real item an orchestrator writes a run proposal on the todo's timeline: what it would change, which files, what it would test.

At 7:30am your phone shows a notification: 38 todos triaged, 11 proposals waiting. You read them on the train. For nine, you POST the proposal's approve endpoint: that call is what spawns a worker session to do the work. Two you deny. No worker starts.

The planning happened while you slept; the decisions waited for you. The agent drafts at night, the human approves at breakfast, and execution waits for the second signature.
