The Sentry alert files a todo; the agent posts a plan; you tap approve

Sentry fires a webhook at 2:14 PM. An exec script catches it and POSTs to /api/v1/agent/todos: title, stack trace, priority 1. The todo store fingerprints it, so the next forty identical alerts collapse into the same item.

You post a message on the todo from your phone: draft a fix plan and propose a run. The agent reads the trace, greps the repo, and attaches a proposal. You read it in line at the pharmacy, tap approve, and the proposal becomes a background run in the container.

Before, the alert went to Slack, Slack went to a human, the human opened a laptop. Now the alert is a work item the agent can read, and the human's contribution is a yes.

The bug tracker doesn't page a person. It files a ticket with the agent.
