AI spend can't touch the server money

The nightmare is a loop. An agent retries, re-prompts, re-tries, and at 4am it has spent the month's infrastructure budget on tokens. On a single-wallet platform that's a real morning.

Hoody keeps two balances on one invoice. The General Balance pays for servers. The AI Balance pays for Gateway tokens, and it's funded only by a deliberate one-way transfer from General. Every month the COO moves exactly what the agents should be allowed to burn. When that's gone, the agents stop making calls. The servers keep running, because their money was never in reach.

The budget isn't a policy someone has to enforce. It's a wall between two numbers.
