Support without 'can you install TeamViewer?'

A customer's workspace is misbehaving. The old script: schedule a call, talk them through installing a remote-access client, grant permissions, hope their IT policy allows it. Twenty minutes before anyone sees the problem.

The new script: their environment already runs in a container, so its desktop already has a URL. They send it with ?sharing=true. You open it: from your laptop, or your phone on the commute: and you're looking at their actual screen. Both of you can type. You reproduce the bug, apply the fix, watch it work, all in the same session they're watching.

Nothing was installed on their machine, because nothing runs on their machine.

Support starts at the second message, not the seventeenth.
