The on-call workspace

The team builds an on-call workspace once. Six panels: a terminal tailing the API logs from the prod container, a second terminal tailing the worker container, a third on the database container's slow-query log. A browser panel pinned to the metrics dashboard, another to the status page, a third to the runbook wiki.

The workspace URL goes in everyone's bookmarks under the same name.

When the page fires at 2am, the engineer on rotation doesn't context-shop. She opens the bookmark. Six panels load, all live, all already pointed at the right containers. She tails three logs at once, watches the dashboard tick, has the runbook one panel away.

When the page fires at 2am, you don't build the war room: you open the bookmark.
