SqliteAgent
NEW PRIMITIVE

Diff your KV state across two timestamps

The agent ran for three hours and changed forty-eight things. Some good, some not. You want a diff.

You GET /api/v1/sqlite/kv/diff?db=app.db&from=<run_started>&to=<run_ended>. The endpoint returns every key that changed, with the before and after value. Forty-eight rows. You scan them in thirty seconds.

Six look wrong. You PUT the prior values back manually. Forty-two stay. The next agent run starts from a known-good state instead of "well, hopefully nothing's broken."

Without time-travel storage, this debrief is a forensic exercise: diff logs, replay actions, guess at what changed. With it, it's a single GET. The diff isn't computed by you; it's a property of the storage.

Git diff for code. KV diff for everything an agent touched.
