A live dashboard from one base64 URL

Your COO asks for a "live view of weekly signups by plan." You write the SELECT. You base64-encode it. You paste it as a query parameter onto the SQLite query URL.

You send her the link. She opens it in Safari. She sees the live rows. She bookmarks it. Tomorrow she opens the bookmark and sees tomorrow's rows. The query lives inside the URL: there's no dashboard tool to log into, no seat to assign, no embed to configure, no metric pipeline to maintain.

The URL is read-only by construction (the API rejects anything that isn't a SELECT), so you can hand it to anyone without thinking about write-access. If she wants a different cut, she asks you, you change one base64 string, you send the new link.

The query is the URL. The URL is the dashboard. The dashboard updates itself.
