Helpdesk opens the same URL the user is looking at

"Can you see my screen?" used to need a remote-assist client on both ends, a licensed seat for every technician, and a firewall exception the security team signed reluctantly.

The employee's desktop is a display URL. The technician, whose helpdesk permission group covers it, opens the same URL. Nobody rebroadcasts a monitor: both are connected to the same live session, both see the same desktop, both can move the mouse. The technician fixes the setting while the employee watches, or watches the employee reproduce the bug and points at the dialog. It works from the technician's own laptop, from a phone, from the kiosk in the lobby. When the ticket closes, the technician closes the tab. Nothing installed, nothing licensed, nothing opened on a firewall.

For forty technicians, the remote-support line item became a URL they already had.

Remote assist is opening the same URL, and the license count is zero.
