SqliteAgentContainers

The vector store is a SQLite file next to the agent

Every agent product needs retrieval, and retrieval usually means a managed vector database with its own subscription, its own per-index pricing, and a network hop between the agent and its own memory.

On Hoody the agent's vectors live in a SQLite file in /hoody/databases/ inside the agent's container. Chunk text, embedding blob, metadata, one table. The agent queries it by URL through hoody-sqlite or opens the file directly; the host-level FUSE mount keeps both paths write-safe when the indexer and the agent hit it at once. A thousand customers is a thousand SQLite files in a thousand containers on one flat-rate server, each idle until its agent needs it.

No vector database vendor. No index tier to outgrow. The file grows until the disk is full, and the disk came with the box.

Retrieval is a file on the same disk, and the file came free with the container.
