Every customer's support bot is its own container, and most of them are idle

You sell a support bot that answers from the customer's own docs. Each customer needs their documents, an embedding index, and a chat endpoint. On per-instance pricing, three hundred customers is three hundred meters, and the ones whose visitors ask two questions a week bill like the ones who ask two thousand.

On Hoody each customer is a container copied from your bot template: their docs in the filesystem, their index in a SQLite file, their endpoint at their own alias. Three hundred on one bare metal box. Between questions a bot is idle: no CPU, disk shared copy-on-write with the template. When a question arrives, the container calls the model through the Hoody AI Gateway with its container-{name} identity, at provider cost plus 5%, drawn from the AI Balance you funded. The server side stays flat.

Token spend scales with questions; server spend doesn't scale with customers.
