Hand over the AI app, keep your provider account
You built the client an AI-powered intake tool. Handoff day: their team gets the container, the code, the server. On a normal stack you'd also be handing over your provider key, or racing to swap in theirs.
On Hoody the app authenticates to the AI gateway as container-intake-prod. Nothing in the codebase was ever tied to your provider account; the upstream key sits on the host, provisioned for whoever owns the server. Transfer the server to the client and the app keeps calling the same token, through the same gateway, on a box that now answers to them. Token cost draws from their AI Balance at the gateway's 5% markup; the server stays flat-rate.
The handoff contains no secret, so nothing of yours is left behind.
