The SLA report is the proxy log

Every request to every client's container passes through the Hoody proxy, and the proxy keeps logs. Every failed health probe fires a notification that's stored with a timestamp. That's the raw material of an SLA report, and you didn't write a line of it.

Quarter-end, your ops lead pulls the proxy logs per client alias and the notification history with ?since= the first of the quarter. Requests served, errors returned, minutes of critical alerts. Forty clients, forty one-page reports, each one grounded in the same record the client could have asked for directly.

The version you replaced had an uptime SaaS at $20 a monitor, forty monitors, and a report that said "99.9%" with nothing behind it.

Uptime used to be a vendor's claim. Now it's the proxy's record.
