CurlTerminalExec
The runbook is just a folder of bookmarks
The on-call runbook is a Notion page. Each step says "run this command on the box, here's the snippet." Step 4 is flush the redis cache. Step 7 is restart the queue worker. At 2am someone is copy-pasting commands from a wiki into an SSH session.
You wrap each runbook step into a hoody-curl GET URL: terminal commands, exec scripts, whatever the action is. The snippet in Notion becomes the URL and a one-line description. "Click to flush cache." "Click to restart worker."
At 2am someone clicks step 4. The browser fetches. The action runs. Nothing was retyped at speed.
The same URLs live in a Slack pin, a phone home-screen, a sticky note on the office monitor.
The runbook stops describing the actions and starts being them.
