Edit a production config from your phone

You're on a train. A teammate posts that a feature flag in config/flags.yml needs flipping before the demo at 2pm. You open the editor URL, password-protected, on your phone. VS Code renders in mobile Safari. The repo is there. The file is there.

You tap into the file. You change enabled: false to true. You hit save. The file lives in the production container. The reload hook fires. The flag flips. You see the change land in the team channel within five seconds.

There was no SSH client install. No bastion host. No VPN connect-and-pray. The URL is the access, the password hash is the auth, the container's filesystem is the source of truth.

VS Code on a phone screen is rough, but it beats SSH on a phone screen every time.
