Mute the flaky job without losing it

The hourly metrics export has been failing intermittently for three days. You're running the on-call pager. You don't have time to fix it tonight, but you also don't want a 2am page tomorrow.

You PATCH the managed cron entry: {"enabled": false}. The entry stays in the crontab as a record, but it doesn't run. The schedule, the command, the comment all persist. Tomorrow the on-call hand-off message is one line: "metrics-export entry is disabled, see hoody-cron, please look."

You didn't delete it and forget about it. You didn't comment-and-commit-PR-and-hope-it-merges. The job is in a defined state: present and muted: until a human chooses otherwise.
