The handoff includes a training copy for every client employee

You deliver an internal tool to a client with forty staff. Training used to be a Loom, a PDF, and the plea please don't practice in production. Giving each employee a practice environment meant forty hosted instances, a number nobody on either side would sign.

On Hoody the deliverable is a container, and the training kit is forty copies of it, each seeded with demo data, each at its own URL. They share nearly all their disk blocks with the original copy-on-write; forty idle copies on the box you already run the client's production on burn nothing. An employee breaks theirs, you restore the snapshot. A new hire joins in month six, you copy another.

The handoff stops being documentation about a system and becomes forty systems to practice on.
