Show the client the work, not the source

Friday review with the client. Normally that's a Zoom call where you screen-share, narrate the navigation, and the client takes notes from a video they'll never re-watch.

Instead, you build a review workspace. A browser panel pinned to the staging URL of the new site. A second browser panel pinned to the analytics dashboard. A display panel showing the live admin tool you've been polishing. No terminal, no code editor: nothing the client doesn't need to see.

You send the workspace URL. The client opens it on their own time. They click through the staging site themselves. They poke at the admin tool the way they'd actually use it. They watch the analytics tick in real time.

The deliverable stops being a video of the work and becomes the work itself.
