Hand a freelancer a workspace URL with everything they need

Friday afternoon. You hire a freelancer for a two-week sprint. Normally that's a half-day of onboarding: VPN account, repo access, env vars in a 1Password vault, a Loom showing how to start the dev server, the inevitable Slack message at 9pm Sunday.

Instead, you arrange a workspace once: VS Code panel pointed at the repo, a terminal in the project root, a file manager, a browser panel showing the staging URL. You set proxy permissions on the container, copy the workspace URL, paste it into the contract email.

They open the link Monday morning. Code, terminal, files, preview: all four panels live, all four pointed at the same container, all four already configured.

No VPN, no laptop setup, no SSH key exchange: just a URL that already is a workspace. When the sprint ends, you revoke the URL.
