The handoff binder is a URL that regenerates itself

The SOW has a line item called "documentation," and everyone knows how that ends: a PDF that's wrong within a month.

This handoff works differently. The client's internal endpoints are exec scripts: files in a folder, each one already a URL. At handoff you call the generator once; it reads the scripts and produces an OpenAPI spec, served at its own URL. That's the binder.

Six months later the client's new hire reads it, and it's still true: when the scripts changed, someone re-ran one POST and the spec followed. Nobody sat down to write documentation, and nobody will ever sit down to update it.

The documentation is generated from what runs, so it can't drift.
