The voice memo goes from the share sheet to the server

You're in the field, recording interviews on your phone. No laptop, just the phone and patchy 4G.

In the iOS Files app you've added the container once: Connect to Server, paste the hoody-files URL, enter the password from the proxy permissions group. The container sits in the sidebar under Shared, like any other drive.

Now every app's share sheet can reach it. Voice Memos → Share → Save to Files → /hoody/storage/interviews. Photos, a PDF from Safari, a notes export: same path. On Android a WebDAV file manager does it with drag and drop.

Nothing was installed for Hoody. WebDAV is HTTP, so the phone's own file manager mounts the container over port 443, the one port a campsite network allows.

The share sheet already knew how to reach your server. It just needed an address.
