Forty repos, forty review agents, idle until a PR lands

Your org has forty repositories. You want a review agent on each: one that already has the repo cloned, the dependencies installed, and the last month of reviews in its memory.

On a CI-minute or sandbox-minute platform, forty standing agents is forty meters, so instead you run one cold agent per PR that clones from scratch and knows nothing.

On Hoody each repo gets a container holding its agent. A GitHub webhook hits an exec URL; the script POSTs the PR number to that repo's agent session. The agent reviews on a checkout it already has, against history it already holds, and posts the comment. Then it goes idle. Forty idle containers on one flat-rate server burn no CPU and share their base image's blocks copy-on-write. Four PRs an hour is four busy containers and thirty-six costing nothing.

Forty standing reviewers cost one server, because standing is free.
