Price the seat, not the sandbox

You're pricing a $20-a-month agent seat. Each seat needs a real environment: files, a shell, a database, a browser.

On a platform that bills per sandbox-hour, your COGS has two variable lines: tokens and environment time. The second scales with how much customers use the product.

On Hoody the environment line is a constant. Every seat is a container on a $29 server. Idle seats share disk blocks copy-on-write and burn no CPU; active ones use cores you already rent. One server carries hundreds of lightweight seats, and when it fills, the next tier is another flat number.

Tokens stay variable on whichever path you chose: your own key billed by the provider, or the Hoody gateway at 5% over provider cost from your AI Balance.

Your margin is your token spend subtracted from your price; the infrastructure dropped out of the equation.
