Technical due diligence is a read-only pool seat

The acquirer's CTO wants to see the stack. Not the architecture slide: the stack.

You add her to your server pool with a read role for two weeks. She opens the pool listing and sees every server, every container, every rental term. She opens terminals in read-only share mode and watches your deploy scripts run. She opens the workspace your on-call team uses and reads the same panels they read. She cannot type, cannot delete, cannot export the database.

Last time, diligence meant forty screenshots, a ninety-minute Zoom, and a spreadsheet of "we'll send that over." This time it's a pool invitation and a calendar reminder to remove her.

The data room used to be a folder of PDFs. Now it is the company, read-only.
