BrowserContainers
The bug report comes with the browser that reproduces it
A customer says the date picker is broken. Their screenshot shows Chrome 124, Portuguese locale, São Paulo timezone, a 1366×768 window. Your team has none of those.
Support starts a browser instance on the triage container with exactly that: chromiumVersion=124, locale=pt-BR, timezoneId=America/Sao_Paulo, a fixed 1366×768 viewport. The instance's root URL is a live display of that browser. It goes into the ticket.
You open the link. So does the designer. You're both in the customer's browser, watching the picker misbehave in a timezone neither of you has ever set. GET /console?type=error hands you the stack trace without anyone opening DevTools.
The repro steps are a URL.
