Copy on the phone, paste on the desktop

You're reading on your phone and find the quote you need for the report you're writing on the container's desktop. Normally this is a message to yourself, or an email to yourself, or retyping it.

The display has a clipboard endpoint. An iOS Shortcut on the share sheet does one thing: POST the selected text to /api/v1/display/clipboard. Tap it. Walk to the laptop. Ctrl+V in LibreOffice Writer on the display. The quote is there.

It works the other way too: GET /api/v1/display/clipboard returns whatever the desktop last copied, so a terminal on a different machine can curl the container's clipboard into a file.

No sync app, no account linking, no "universal clipboard" that only works between devices from one vendor. The clipboard is a URL, so anything that can make a request can paste.
