BrowserSnapshots

Snapshot the logged-in session

Your end-to-end tests need to start from a logged-in state across six third-party providers: Stripe dashboard, AWS console, your own admin, the OAuth-everything-else. Re-logging in at the start of every test run takes minutes and breaks when 2FA challenges escalate.

You log in once, by hand, in a Hoody Browser instance. Cookies, local storage, IndexedDB: all sit in the container's filesystem. You snapshot the container.

Every test run, you restore that snapshot, get a browser instance with all six sessions still warm, and start the test from /browse?url=https://app.example.com/checkout. When sessions expire weekly, you log in once and re-snapshot.

The fixture isn't seed data. The fixture is a logged-in computer.
