CodeContainersSnapshots

Open the customer's code from your support tool

A customer files a ticket: "the integration script breaks on Tuesdays." Your support engineer opens the ticket in Zendesk. Inside the ticket is an iframe: a VS Code instance booted from a snapshot of that customer's container, the integration script open, the input data from Tuesday already on disk.

The engineer reads the script. They run it. They see the bug. They patch the script in the customer's container: same snapshot, real fix. They paste a one-line summary in the ticket and resolve.

The customer never had to upload code, paste logs, or screenshare. The snapshot was taken when the ticket was filed, automatically, by the support form.

Multi-tenant containers + snapshot URLs + embeddable VS Code = the support flow that used to take a Zoom call now takes a click.

Support stops asking 'can you reproduce it' because the customer's environment is one click away.
