Forty client sites, one rent, one dashboard
A small agency manages forty client sites. Some are WordPress, some are Next.js, some are old PHP nobody remembers writing. The traditional shape is forty Vercel projects, forty DigitalOcean droplets, forty Bitwarden entries. Forty client retainers paying for forty rent bills.
On Hoody, it's one bare metal server with forty containers on it. Each client gets isolated everything: files, processes, ports, URL: so a hacked container can't breathe on the next one. Most of them sit idle most of the time, drawing no resources at all. The two that get traffic on Black Friday wake up and use what they need.
The agency principal opens one Workspace and sees all forty as tiles. Click a tile, you're in the container.
Forty clients used to be forty invoices. Now it's one server and a folder.
