The session that dies leaves itself a note

An overnight refactor session runs out of wall clock at 3:15am with the work half done. Normally that's it: a dead session, a partial diff, a human at 9am guessing where it stopped.

hoody-agent hooks fire shell commands on session lifecycle events, and one of them is Stop. You register a Stop hook whose command files a todo: the working directory, the branch, the tail of the session log. The hook is written through the nonce handshake, so nothing else can quietly rewrite it.

At 3:15am the session ends and the todo appears. At 6am the orchestrator reads the inbox and proposes the remaining work. By the time you arrive, the continuation is a proposal waiting for approval, not an archaeology project.

A crash used to be the end of the story; now it's the first line of the next one.
