Every meaningful state change: found a new lead, completed a sub-task, hit a rate limit, switched models: is a one-line POST to hoody-notifications. urgency: low for routine progress, normal for milestones, critical only for blocked-on-human moments.

You've added the display URL to your phone home screen as a PWA shortcut. It's a tab pretending to be an app. With web_notifications=true, every notification the container fires becomes a banner on your phone: categorized, history-queryable, dismissible.

You're at dinner. Three lows arrived during the appetizer. You don't look. A normal arrives between courses: "draft 1 ready for review": you glance and keep eating. A critical never came. You finish dinner.
