Containers

The portfolio page is thirty running projects, not thirty screenshots

Your agency's portfolio is a grid of PNGs. The projects behind them are either on the client's infrastructure, where you can't send prospects, or deleted, because keeping a finished project running was a bill with no client attached to it.

On Hoody every finished project keeps a container, seeded with demo data rather than the client's. Thirty past deliverables, thirty containers, one bare metal box, most of them idle since launch day: no CPU, disk blocks shared copy-on-write with the starter they were built from. The portfolio page iframes them. A prospect clicks the booking system you built in 2024 and books a fake appointment in it. They open the dashboard and drag the date range.

A screenshot says you built something; a running URL says it still works.
