The intent sits at pending until the payment settles, then General Balance shows the credit. The processor takes 5 percent on the way in, so $31.50 of stablecoin becomes $30 of balance. No card, no account with the processor, no identity check, any country.

The balance rents the $29 box. The box runs the launch. Nothing on it is metered, and the idle containers beside it cost nothing extra.
