Six months in, the ops agent holds 412 memories about the billing service. Nobody on the team could say what it believes.

GET /api/v1/agent/memory/graph?project=billing-svc&node_type=workflow. Back comes a page of nodes with labels, edges with a relation, and stats: node count, edge count, whether the page was truncated. You page with limit and offset. The engineering manager reads it the way she reads a dependency graph: which facts the agent's workflows lean on, which node has forty edges into it, which fact about a deprecated region is still referenced by something live.

The review used to be an archaeology session through transcripts. Now it's an endpoint and an afternoon.
