SnapshotsContainers

The service menu is a shelf of snapshots

An agency's productized services: the booking site, the shop, the portfolio, the newsletter stack: usually exist as checklists someone re-executes per client.

Build each offering once, properly, in a container. Snapshot it. The service menu is now a shelf: client signs the booking package, you clone the booking snapshot, point an alias at their domain, and hand over a working system the same afternoon. The shelf itself costs nearly nothing to keep: idle template containers share disk blocks copy-on-write on the flat-rate box.

Improving an offering means improving one template; every future client inherits the better version. Delivery time stopped scaling with delivery count.

Selling a website means cloning one.
