DisplayPipe
One driver, twelve witnesses
High-risk migration, Saturday, 9 PM. One engineer drives, through the display URL. Everyone else: the DBA, the team lead, the vendor's on-call: watches the ffmpeg capture of that same display through a pipe ?video URL.
The distinction matters at minute forty, when someone's cat walks across someone's keyboard. Nothing happens, because the watchers hold a video stream, and a video stream has no input path. Not muted, not read-only, not trusted to behave: structurally incapable of touching the session.
War rooms usually put twelve people one misclick from production and rely on discipline. This one puts one person there and hands the rest a broadcast.
Twelve witnesses, one pair of hands, and the hands are a choice of URL.
