Agent

The chat that built the app lives next to the app

Six months from now someone will ask why the retry logic works this way, and the answer is in a chat: a conversation between a developer and a model, trapped in an app on a laptop that's since been reimaged.

Hoody agent sessions persist on the server, next to the code they produced. The transcript is queryable; the replay walks the session turn by turn. When the question comes, you don't reconstruct the reasoning: you link the turn where the trade-off was made and the agent explained itself.

Prompts are becoming the source of the source. They deserve the same permanence.

The chat that built the app is stored next to the app.
