Reimage is a copy, and the broken desktop stays a day

Ticket 4471: "My environment is broken, nothing launches." On a laptop fleet that's a reimage: collect the machine, wipe it, rebuild it, ship it back, two days.

Here the desktop is a container. Helpdesk sends POST /api/v1/containers/{template}/copy with source_snapshot set to the golden image. A few minutes later a clean desktop exists. They rename the broken container's proxy alias out of the way and create the same alias name on the new one, so the employee's bookmark still resolves. Ticket answered.

The broken container isn't deleted. It idles for 24 hours, costing nothing worth counting, so when the employee writes back "my draft was in there," helpdesk opens the old desktop and copies the file across.

Reimaging was a logistics task. Now it's a copy and an alias rename, and the old machine waits around in case replacing it was the wrong call.

The reimage takes minutes, and the evidence keeps.
