Ask a model about your tax return on the box where the model lives
On your rented bare metal box, one container runs an open-weights model as a daemon program. You drop the PDF into the container's files URL from your phone, open the terminal URL, and ask. The model reads the file over localhost and answers. The return never left the server; neither did the question.
Hoody's API knows a container exists. It doesn't see the file or the prompt, because the proxy that served both runs on your server. When you're done, delete the PDF, or leave it on a disk whose LUKS key isn't stored on the disk.
The PDF and the model that read it are neighbors on one disk, and the disk is yours to rent.
